Sketch-a-day 055

I'd be lying if I said this didn't have some Thom Glick and Mike Mignola in it. Really fun one to draw. Ever since seeing mummy corpses on discovery, I have just loved the stretched thin, round, mouth. Dude better floss. A lot.

Awesome! That should be on a t-shirt. And, I know what you mean about weird stretched skin - great fun!

If I knew how to get it on a t-shirt... I would be up for that.

There's a few sketch-a-days on here that I think could work, but I've yet to look into it. Although, a cafe press thing may be an option or something. With a calendar... so I could cut it up for awesome poster board prints that conveniently hangs on a nail.

I must say Mr. Glick... this sketch-a-day thing was quite an idea.

Maybe check out www.skreened.com... Daniel Fox, a local Columbus feller runs an on-demand apparel printing service. His system allows artists to set up their own 'shop' featuring their own designs. Just a thought.

Like the use of the halftone over the rendering, and that, with the offset orange and blue really makes it look like some kind of screenprint. I totally like that t-shirt idea. Lookin' super awesome.
